Conditions and cancellation policy
Deposit
The reservation will be confirmed once clients have paid a 30% deposit of the total invoice amount, due upon signing this contract.
A second payment of 50% must be made 31 days prior to the event. The remaining balance (20% + all applicable taxes) must be paid 24 hours before the event. Failing this, and by the mere passage of time, clients will be considered in default, and the unpaid balance will bear interest at a rate of eighteen percent (18%) per year.
Any additional services not included in this contract will be billed separately and are payable within 7 days after the event.
Any failure to make a payment will be considered a cancellation of this contract.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, written notice must be sent to the vendor.
For any event canceled less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be issued (80% of the total invoice).
For any event canceled 31 days before the event, no refund will be issued (30% of the total invoice).
The deposit required upon signing is non-refundable and will be retained as partial compensation for damages in case of cancellation.
Rules
- No vandalism is permitted.
- Domaine Labranche is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Only a Domaine Labranche employee is authorized to light a fire, indoors or outdoors.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the sugar shack and the mini-farm.
- Ashtrays are provided outside for this purpose.
- Access to the mini-farm is not permitted.
- It is forbidden to enter the horse enclosure, feed them, or touch them.
